それは、本当は学力では受かっていたものの、内申書によって落とされたのかも知れない、いや、意図的に落とされた可能性が極めて大なのです！
偏差値テストで5回の平均偏差値が65なのに受験前の面談で教師から、偏差値60の高校も合格は厳しい、などと言われた方はいませんか？
（5教科500点満点のテストで、合計450点、１教科平均90点で偏差値65。合計400点、１教科平均80点で偏差値60と考えれば妥当です）

これは担任教師の一存でどんな嘘でも書ける生徒の素行・性格評価です。
教員だった叔父によると、これも実は点数化されており、県にもよりますが、20点から30点で加算されます。つまり、この評価書にただの過去の喧嘩を持ち出して「暴力事件を起こした、反社会的性格である、殺人未遂を起こした経緯あり」などと書かれたら、－30点、どころか入学自体が取り消しになります。

偏差値テストで5回の平均偏差値が65なのに受験前の面談で教師から、偏差値60の高校も合格は厳しい、などと言われた方はいませんか？
（5教科500点満点のテストで、合計450点、１教科平均90点で偏差値65。合計400点、１教科平均80点で偏差値60と考えれば妥当です）
何故か平均偏差値より3低い学校を安全圏として受けたのに落ちてしまった、そして滑り止めの授業料の高い私立高校に行く羽目になった方で、過去問を見ながら、「どう考えてもこの答えは全部合ってるはずだ、論文で0点を付けられたのかな？」などと迷った方もいるでしょう。
当時は内申書というものは、入試で同位点者が複数いた場合、教師のつけた内申点で合格の可否を判断する、補助的資料のようなものだ、などという都市伝説がありました。
しかし、私が公立高校の教師だった叔父からはっきり聞いたことは、内申点というのは、公立受験の5教科の合計点に、‟自動的に加算される実質点数"なんです。
そして、その教師の感情や悪意で勝手に加算できる点数は500満点中、最大70点にも及びます。
特に極めて悪質なのが、内申書の中にある評価書と呼ばれる担任のコメント欄です。
これは担任教師の一存でどんな嘘でも書ける生徒の素行・性格評価です。
教員だった叔父によると、これも実は点数化されており、県にもよりますが、20点から30点で加算されます。つまり、この評価書にただの過去の喧嘩を持ち出して「暴力事件を起こした、反社会的性格である、殺人未遂を起こした経緯あり」などと書かれたら、－30点、どころか入学自体が取り消しになります。
何しろ、内申書は生徒の受験先の高校の校長への親展として送られ、受験先の校長が判断材料にするものですから（開封したら受験資格無効の密書です）。
まとめますと、内申点は受験において英語、数学、理科、社会、国語の5教科の合計に加算される立派な受験点数です。そして、上記5教科の他に保健体育（か家庭科）、体育、音楽、美術など４の項目を足した９科目、１教科5点、合計45点に「評価書」と呼ばれる、教師による一方的な人物査定評である「素行点」の20点～30点を足した70点から80点が公立中学教師の持つ裁量点になるわけです。そして一般教科9科目の5段階評価も、「提出物を期限内に出していない」「積極性がない」「遅刻欠席が多い」などの理由付けで3分の2は教師裁量で0評価を付けられます。
さらに残りの3分の1は実際の中間・期末テストの累積から付けられる評価ですが、中間・期末テストの3年間の平均が90点でも、「応用力がない」「テストの前後以外では質問に答えられない」などと言った悪質な判断で平均45点が妥当だろう、といった評価を付ける事も可能だそうです。
つまり、どんな優秀な生徒でも、日教組の教師の反感を買えば、内申点45点満点中9点しか貰えない。
さらに、これに評価書によるMAX30点のマイナス評価点が加算されるのです（つまり内申点＋評価点80点の内、教師に嫌われた生徒に与えられるのは9点。合計すると、受験の際に実際に取った合計点数マイナス61～71点になります。偏差値65＝受験点数450/500点が、－70＝380/500点になるので、ここで３者面談における「平均偏差値65でも、ワンランク下の偏差値60の公立高校には受からない」などという公立教師の理論が出てくるわけです）。
一方、共産党員の息子でPTA会長の盆暗息子が内申点40（実際の中間・期末テストの加算点から算出する評価がありますから、さすがにバカに４５点はあげられません）、評価点30となったら、この盆暗が受験の際のテストで実質的に取った合計点数に、この70点が加算されます。この場合、5教科合計で350点取れば受験の際の試験点数は、500点満点中合計420点になります。偏差値55前後の人間が偏差値60の公立高校に受かるカラクリがここにあります。
３． 私の親友だったSは、中学時代、知能テストで全校3位、平均偏差値66。男気があり、日教組教師が「行く高校はない」と断言した不良生徒たちに勉強を教え、中学3年で分数もわからなかった彼らを全員私立校に入学させました。しかし彼の父親はS県警の公安課の刑事であり、彼の担任が共産党員で日教組の組合員であることも彼自身知っていた。そして意趣返しか、敵の子息だからか、三者面談で平均偏差値66の男が、偏差値55の公立高校に入学するのも難しい、などとその日教組の担任に言い渡されたのです。かつて、彼がいじめを止めようとして不良の一人と喧嘩になり、チョークスリーパーで顔中に血豆が浮かぶほど首を締めあげて気絶させてしまい、病院送りにしたことがありました。これを機に私の学年からはいじめがなくなったのですが、その教師は三者面談で「1年前に殺人未遂を起こしているし、こういった事も報告する義務がある」などと警官である彼の父親の前で述べたのです。まさに広島中学生自殺事件の主犯、日教組で共産党員である篠塚美代子と全く精神構造が同じ卑劣な教師でした。
結局彼は反対を押し切って県で2位の公立高校（偏差値65）を受けましたが、日教組教師の目論み通り落ちて、滑り止めだった偏差値60未満の私立校に行きました。
しかし、これを機に、経済的なことも絡んで彼の家族仲は悪くなり、以後Sの人生は狂ってしまった。…将来は弁護士か政治家になるんじゃないかと思っていた彼が、今ではアル中になって、入退院を繰り返しているそうです。

酷いことやったんだから、日本はね、我慢すべき、償うべきだと言ったのが、この増田寛也候補です。(ふざけるな)
先程、言った通り、どんな酷いことをやったのか、韓国人に対して。
人口２倍にしたことですか？
寿命２倍にしたことですか？
或いはね、穀物生産力が２倍にしたことですか？
近代化したことですか？
結局の所ね、日本人が、かって、植民地時代に、ま、彼らが云う所のですね、植民地時代に、併合時代に、韓国を近代化させ、寿命を２倍に伸ばし。
寿命が２倍に伸びたと云うことは、近代医療を持ち込み、そして、乳児死亡率を劇的に低下させたんですよ。
それ以外に、この説明がつかないんですね。(その通り)
そして、穀物生産高、人間が食べるお米の量を２倍に増やしております。
これだけのことを、併合時代に、日本は朝鮮半島にしてやったワケです。
別にね、朝鮮人にね、朝鮮人に、日本人はあんな良いこともやった。こんな良いこともやった。なんてね、恩着せがましく云う積もりは無いんですヨ。日本人としては。
しかしね、なんでもかんでも、全て日本が悪いと云う、あの韓国人たちの反日言動に対しては、我々は、主張すべき点は、絶対に、主張しなければいけないんです。(拍手、その通り)

これはね、もし本当に、日本人がね、朝鮮人を虐待しました。虐殺しましたと云うんであればね、謝罪をしなければいかんと思いますけれども。
人口が２倍になったんですよ。
李朝末期にね、１千３百万人しかいなかったはずの朝鮮人が、1944年度の統計では、何と、２千５百万人を越えている。倍に増えているんですよ。
これね。どう解釈すればいいんですか？
我々は、朝鮮人のために、我々のご先祖さん達は朝鮮人のためにね、自分達の食うものさえも与えているんですよ。
例えばですけれども、人頭税と云うものがありますよね。人頭税と云うのはイギリスが植民地に必ず課していたと。これ、何かと云うと、生まれたばかりの赤ん坊も、後幾ばくもないお年寄りも、全部同じく１人当たり幾らですよと、その税金を払いなさいと云うのが、人頭税です。
しかし、日本は、この人頭税を課していないんですヨ。朝鮮半島に。
それどころが、酒税に関して云えば、あのですね、お酒ですね。朝鮮人達が飲むのはマッコリと云う日本で云うドブロクです。そのマッコリ、朝鮮半島で買った場合と、日本で買った場合、当時、今から70年前、100年前の話です。日本で買う方が朝鮮半島で買うよりも高かったんですよ。
どういうことかというと、朝鮮総督府が朝鮮半島における酒税、税金を半分にしたんです。この為に、日本で買うマッコリは高かった。ドブロクの方が高かったんですね。
どこの世界にね、どこの世界に、虐待し収奪した人間が、収奪した国が、その国の税金を安くするなんてバカな国がありますか、無いんですヨ。
そのね、一つ一つを見て行けば、韓国に、かっての韓国、朝鮮半島に、日本が酷いことをしたなどと云うのは、虚構以外の何ものでもありません。(そうだ、拍手)

何故か、厚塗りおばさんについてはカットされていますが、正論ですね。
私には都知事選挙の投票権は有りませんが、誰に1票を投じるかと問われれば、間違いなく桜井誠氏に投じます。彼が当選する可能性が低いから、ベストの桜井誠ではなく、ベターの厚塗りお嬢様にしようという意見も保守系ブログではあります。それも一理あると思いますが、投票と言うものは自分が当選させたいと思う人を選ぶものだという大原則を忘れてはいけないと思います。
